Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
On November 16, 2010, the Company entered into an agreement terminating an asset purchase agreement, dated as of April 27, 2010, relating to the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Master Ink Co. Ltd., a China based manufacturer of toner cartridges, inkjet printer cartridges, inkjet refill kits and ink refill systems.
