On November 13, 2009, Media Sciences International, Inc. issued a press release announcing its first quarter financial results for the period ended September 30, 2009 and provided supplemental financial data, copies of which are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively. Both exhibits are incorporated herein by reference..
