On May 14, 2009, Media Sciences International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its third quarter financial results for the period ended March 31, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The Company will host a conference call on Friday, May 15, 2009, 8:45 a.m. (EST) to discuss its third quarter results.
