On April 15, 2008, Alan Bazaar resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Media Sciences International, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Bazaar was serving on the Board’s Compensation Committee and as Chairperson of the Board’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. The resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Bazaar’s resignation statement is attached as Exhibit 17.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
