Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

 

On October 17, 2005, Mr. David Deno, Chief Operating Officer of Yum! Brands, Inc. (“the Company”), notified the Company that he will resign from his position effective February 16, 2006 for personal family reasons.
