of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain
Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On
November 3, 2008, the Company announced its plans for a corporate
realignment. In connection with this realignment Chief Technology Officer
James Landry has been terminated, effective November 14, 2008.
The transition of Mr. Landry’s duties will be supervised
by the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, Jeff Sobieski, and the Company does not believe that Mr.
Landry’s departure will have an adverse impact on
operations.
